Faith Scheffler oversees weddings and special events, preserving the warmth, traditions, and guest experience that define Log Haven.

Together with an exceptional staff, the partners are dedicated to protecting what makes Log Haven extraordinary — its hospitality, its cuisine, and the canyon it calls home.

Brandon Hargett is a seasoned restaurateur with a deep respect for the rare intersection of food, place, and community. As Managing Partner, Brandon oversees the day-to-day leadership and long-term vision of Log Haven.

For Brandon, this transition is not about reinvention — it is about stewardship. He believes iconic spaces like Log Haven must be protected with intention, investing thoughtfully behind the scenes while preserving the spirit guests have cherished for decades. His leadership is rooted in hospitality excellence, operational discipline, and a commitment to honoring the land and legacy that make Log Haven extraordinary.

Flynn and Teri Paulson bring decades of experience building durable, well-governed businesses grounded in strong financial systems, operational clarity, and long-term stewardship. As partners, they provide the strategic and structural foundation that supports Log Haven’s continued success and sustainability.

Together, their focus is on thoughtful governance, organizational health, and disciplined operational support — ensuring that the restaurant remains stable, resilient, and positioned for generations to come. They view Log Haven not simply as a business, but as a treasured community institution worthy of careful stewardship and enduring protection. 

Faith Scheffler – Sales and Event Manager

SALES AND EVENT MANAGER & CO-OWNER

Anyone passing by Log Haven during a wedding or celebration is bound to wish they were a part of the eye-catching festivities. Faith Scheffler, Log Haven’s Banquet Sales Manager, orchestrates these enviable events. Faith works with corporate and individual clients to create memorable occasions—large or small, formal or informal. Faith takes budgets and personal taste into careful consideration when creating custom packages for each client.

Faith has been a professional wedding coordinator and special event planner for over 25 years. She started her career as a restaurateur working part-time in a beautiful mountain setting, like Log Haven, while finishing her Marketing degree at Westminster College. She joined Log Haven’s team in 1998. In accepting that position, Faith’s story had come full circle. She says, “My first memory of Log Haven was when I was a small child and I attended a wedding at the restaurant. It was summer and the bride had a beautiful, soft and slightly sheer white dress with embroidered colored flowers. She and her fiancé danced outside around the gardens. I fell in love with Log Haven at that moment. It is an honored privilege to be a part of planning special events.”
