You can purchase Log Haven Gift Cards in one of three ways: In person at the restaurant, online using Card Foundry, or over the phone.
You can come to the restaurant to purchase gift cards in person after 10:00 a.m. Monday thru Saturday and after 12:00 noon on Sunday. The office is located up the driveway, right-hand door. Our address is 6451 East Millcreek Canyon Road, Salt Lake City, Utah 84109. We are located 4 miles up Millcreek Canyon Road (3800 South and Wasatch Boulevard).
You can contact the restaurant (1-801-272-8255) and by giving us your credit card information, we can Federal Express gift cards to the recipient for an additional $25.00.
Click through to our Card Foundry link, where you can purchase a gift card that can be downloaded to your computer and printed out. Or a physical card can be mailed to any recipient. Standard delivery for physical cards is 5-7 business days.
